1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the the Platform platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

the Platform is a multi-vertical marketplace platform that connects businesses (Tenants) with customers. The platform provides tools for service scheduling, e-commerce, delivery, rentals, and other business operations. The Platform acts as an intermediary technology provider and is not a party to transactions between Tenants and their customers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Social Login

the Platform offers login through third-party providers (Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft). By using social login, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from your social account. You can revoke this access at any time through your social provider's settings or by contacting us.

5. Tenant Obligations

Businesses using the Platform as Tenants agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate business information and pricing
  • Fulfill orders and services as described
  • Handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Not use the platform for illegal or prohibited activities

6. Prohibited Products and Services

The following categories of products and services are strictly prohibited on this platform. Tenants may not list, advertise, sell, or facilitate the sale of:

  • Tobacco and related products: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, rolling papers, hookahs, tobacco-branded apparel, and any tobacco-derived or nicotine products
  • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives: firearms, knives designed as weapons, ammunition, fireworks, and explosive materials
  • Drugs and controlled substances: illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription medications without proper authorization
  • Alcoholic beverages: sale of alcohol is subject to applicable age verification laws and requires explicit platform approval; unauthorized alcohol sales are prohibited
  • Gambling and lotteries: games of chance, betting, raffles, casinos, fantasy sports, or any luck-based reward mechanisms
  • Adult content: sexually explicit or suggestive products and services
  • Counterfeit and stolen goods: counterfeit merchandise, pirated content, or items acquired unlawfully
  • Hazardous materials: chemicals, pesticides, and substances that pose safety risks
  • Human exploitation: any form of human trafficking, prostitution, or exploitative services
  • Recalled or banned products: products that have been recalled by manufacturers or banned by regulatory authorities
  • Medical devices and pharmaceuticals: medical equipment and ingestible supplements without proper regulatory compliance
  • Animals and animal products: live animals, ivory, fur, animal parts, and unregulated animal adoption services
  • Human body parts and fluids: blood, organs, and any human biological materials
  • Digital piracy and unauthorized content: pirated software, unauthorized streaming devices, and tools that interfere with device functionality
  • Misleading business models: multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, penny auctions, and "get rich quick" schemes
  • Documents, currency, and financial instruments: real or fake documents, counterfeit currency, and unauthorized financial instruments

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to remove any listing and terminate any Tenant account found in violation of these policies without prior notice.

6.1 Geographic Restrictions

In compliance with international sanctions and applicable regulations, this platform and its messaging services (including WhatsApp Business integrations) are not available in the following countries and regions:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea (DPRK)
  • Syria
  • Crimea region (Ukraine)

Users, Tenants, and service providers located in these countries or regions may not register, access, or use the platform. Accounts found to be operating from restricted regions will be suspended immediately. These restrictions are subject to change in accordance with international sanctions programs.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers using the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or booking services
  • Pay for services and products as agreed
  • Not abuse the platform, including false reviews or fraudulent transactions
  • Respect the terms and policies of individual Tenants

8. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Platform may charge service fees as disclosed during the transaction process. All prices are displayed in the local currency of the Tenant. Refund policies are determined by each Tenant unless otherwise required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The the Platform platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by the Platform. Tenants retain ownership of their business content uploaded to the platform. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

the Platform provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between Tenants and customers, service quality provided by Tenants, losses resulting from unauthorized account access, or temporary service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be retained as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and the Brazilian Civil Code. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in Brazil.
